Meet Our Director
Rhys Patrick Martin
Myau Services was founded by Rhys Patrick Martin, an experienced disability support professional who is passionate about improving the lives of people living with disability.
With over three years of experience as an Operational Manager at CJR Services, Rhys has developed a strong understanding of delivering quality disability support, coordinating care, and building meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
Holding a Certificate in Disability Support, Rhys combines professional knowledge with genuine compassion to ensure every participant receives respectful, reliable, and person-centred support. His background also includes accounting, bookkeeping, logistics, and household support, giving him valuable organisational and problem-solving skills that contribute to the smooth delivery of services.
As a young and approachable support professional, Rhys has a natural ability to connect with younger participants, creating positive relationships built on trust, encouragement, and mutual respect. His calm, level-headed approach and effective communication help participants feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve their goals.
